We offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults both in-person and virtually. Our providers are trained in a wide range of evidence-based approaches that can be flexibly tailored to each clients’ needs.
Session length: 45-60 minutes, depending on need and insurance coverage.

Family Therapy
Family therapy aims to improve communication and resolve conflicts within families or intimate relationships. By exploring dynamics and patterns of interaction, our therapists help family members understand each other's perspectives and develop strategies to strengthen relationships.
Session length: 60 minutes.

Group Therapy
Our groups foster a supportive environment through which individuals facing similar challenges come together under the guidance of a trained therapist.
We offer multiple types of group therapy including:
- Mindfulness group therapy
- Adolescent group therapy
- Child-parent relational group therapy

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners navigate challenges and strengthen their relationship. Our therapists work with couples to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust. By exploring individual and shared goals, as well as addressing underlying issues, couples therapy provides a safe space for you and your partner to express your feelings, learn effective relationship skills, and develop strategies to sustain a fulfilling and harmonious partnership.
Session length: 60 minutes.
Telehealth
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, GIFTS has utilized telehealth to provide increased access to care. Telehealth includes video and audio-only mental health services with licensed clinicians and those they supervise.
GIFTS uses Doxy.me, an online HIPAA-compliant platform, to connect with current clients. See below for our telehealth policies and instructions for use.
