Full Time - Owings Mills Location
Responsibilities
Client Assessment and Planning: Complete initial interviews/intakes and develop/update Individual Treatment Plans.
Therapeutic Sessions: Conduct individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions.
Documentation: Document client progress and ensure accurate and timely records.
Team Collaboration: Attend treatment team meetings and collaborate with referring providers and other members of the client's care team.
Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis interventions as needed.
Compliance and Ethics: Maintain and adhere to COMAR and HIPAA regulations, as well as the APA Ethics Principles and Code of Conduct, ensuring all clients' human, civil, and legal rights are protected.
Peer Review and Supervision: Participate in the Peer Record Review process and engage in supervision with the Clinical Supervisor as needed.
Professional Development: Maintain liability insurance and complete continuing education unit (CEU) requirements related to licensure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current license as a mental health professional (LGPC, LCPC, LGSW, LCSW-C)
Two years of experience in providing mental health treatment to children and families
Ability to pass a criminal background check
