Therapist: Hybrid and School Based Program

Full Time - Owings Mills Location

Responsibilities

  • Client Assessment and Planning: Complete initial interviews/intakes and develop/update Individual Treatment Plans.

  • Therapeutic Sessions: Conduct individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions.

  • Documentation: Document client progress and ensure accurate and timely records.

  • Team Collaboration: Attend treatment team meetings and collaborate with referring providers and other members of the client's care team.

  • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis interventions as needed.

  • Compliance and Ethics: Maintain and adhere to COMAR and HIPAA regulations, as well as the APA Ethics Principles and Code of Conduct, ensuring all clients' human, civil, and legal rights are protected.

  • Peer Review and Supervision: Participate in the Peer Record Review process and engage in supervision with the Clinical Supervisor as needed.

  • Professional Development: Maintain liability insurance and complete continuing education unit (CEU) requirements related to licensure.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Current license as a mental health professional (LGPC, LCPC, LGSW, LCSW-C)

  • Two years of experience in providing mental health treatment to children and families

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
