Full Time - Towson Location
Responsibilities
Client Interaction and Scheduling: Schedule client appointments, greet clients, manage telephones, and coordinate staff schedules in alignment with clients' needs.
Billing and Payments: Collect client payments and ensure consistent and appropriate billing practices.
Administrative Support: Serve as administrative support for GIFTS staff, including inputting new clients into the EHR system and obtaining initial authorizations for care through insurance companies.
Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain office cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned.
Compliance: Maintain and adhere to COMAR and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma
Ability to pass a criminal background check
At least two years' experience in providing administrative services in a behavioral health environment (preferred)
